HOW TO BID

HOW DO AUCTIONS WORK? We have made the auction process as easy as possible. An auction is normally open for bidding 7 to 14 days before the Hammer Falls & the item is “sold”. When the Auctioneer steps up to the podium, they will introduce the first lot & sell it. After the first lot the Auctioneer will move onto the second lot & so forth. You are best to bid early. Lots of people try to do it in the last few seconds & you might miss out. WHEN DOES THE AUCTION ACTUALLY START? Bidding opens as soon as you have seen the item online. You can put a bid on at any time you see the auction on our Website or App. For most auctions, they start at 6pm to 8pm when the Auctioneer calls for final bids on the first lot, & once final bidding has finished, the auctioneer will close the first lot & move on to the second lot & so on. HOW CAN I DO A ‘TEST’ BID? This lot can be used to test your bidding, so go ahead, place a test bid on this lot to see how it all works before the auction starts - you wont be charged if you win. ARE THE LOTS RESERVED? No, Once a bid has been placed, the item can be sold.

If you bid $100 for an item & win, you will be charged the $100 item price + $18.50 Hammer fee + $1.85 GST = A total of $120.35* *Please note: an additional 5% is added to this amount through the Invaluable Platform, to avoid this extra fee, you are able to bid directly through the Eureka Auctions Platform. All Australian Parcels start at $12.95 with tracking & insurance. Larger parcels will be invoiced separately at cost. For international buyers we shall invoice postage at cost.

Please note: the inner upper of the Token case has come loose with age
